That’s the thing. They don’t want to live with the fact that their PC master race setup was beaten by a playstation predator with actual skills.
This game runs better on PS5 than it does on a high end PC because is basically a PC port, not the other way around. PC offers little to no advantage other than the ability to aim with a mouse.
The game does run like shit on PS4 base, but that’s a 9 year old console, is understandable. Game doesn’t even run on a 9 year old graphics card
Too bad there wasn’t an option to “tea-bag choke” that guy, instead of the bow or claiming.

But PC allows you to lower the graphics setting to minimum. Something that I know the ps4 and the ps5 doesn’t have.
It gives you better performance, still, an average gaming PC (people running stuff like 2060-3060 @ 1080P) will give you shit performance and low fps dips even when running low graphics. PS5 on the other hand is able to consistently deliver 60 fps without any dips without having to use low graphics.
Anyone who says PC players lower graphics to “see” better doesn’t know what shit they are talking about. PC players in general love eye candy and want to use graphics to the max, but not by sacrificing FPS. Is a shame we have to lower graphics to achieve the best performance, and the best performance is still trash because the game was not designed to run on PC and to this day, they still have not fixed that.
That same shit happened with Batman Arkham Knight. That was Rocksteady and it took them almost a year to fix it and re-released it on Steam. It was so bad that Steam took it of from their store.
Had this game released on Steam initially, the story would have possibly be different
If we’re being honest here, its just because its super hard to play against despite ranged weapons being the way to go for the most part when facing veteran fireteams and/or campers.
The fact that you have basically unlimited ammo with it, can fire it cloaked, has a decent AOE, and melts you with charged shots and almost insta-downs you if you try to use a weaker class like scout or recon makes it super frustrating to counter.
However the otherside of the argument makes sense too, because if you don’t utilize the plasmacaster, bow or really any decent ranged weapon and try to use melee and sometimes the disc, you’re basically in for a world of a hurt. With the “metas” the fireteam can use in the hands of deaths squads, your basically punching yourself in the dick if you try to play without utilizing at least one ranged weapon.
Its basically a flip of a coin, on one side you will have a predator getting shit on without spamming range, and another side with the fireteam getting shit on when the predator spams ranged.
Its only, for a lack of a better word, “balanced” when both sides are veterans and just spam metas against each other.
