completely disagree. the entire game is a fucking mess and I’ve had enough. some of us got hit damn hard in lockdown for covid-19 and even before that I very rarely spend money on myself for personal entertainment because I have a LOT of responsibility. I followed this game when it was announced and by fucking god did they fuck it up.

I played 40 dollars. Sooo ya. Aside from the massive lag I’ve had in the last two days I’ve been enjoying the game. A lot. Yeah its a mess right now but I’m hoping they improve it into the game it can actually be.
I dont fucking know man. I came into this game extremely cautiously, like I do all new games because like almost every new game now a days has a fk ton of problems.
The only game I’ve not had any problem with, and have been completely satisfied with recently is streets of rage 4. Which is so damn rare now a days.
But considering yelling shit won’t get your money back, what do you expect to accomplish talking shit? That’s all I’m saying. I would say if you wanna yell at them try to contact them directly, try Twitter. Idk see if you can get a refund.

Honestly man, I cant even say hes wrong. Just yelling in the forums won’t help. I’m hardly devastated with disappointment anymore cause I dont get my Hope’s up too high with anything now a days.
That’s why streets of rage 4 was so damn surprising and awesome for me.
But i get that ppl feel like they got ripped off.
I’m just trying to be optimistic and hope, like really hope they make this game the awesome game I know it can be.
Yeap, that’s the thing, everyone’s entitle to voice their opinions, are they right or wrong, I guess every opinion holds true to the person voicing it–yet I also believe you can put it in a “better” manner.
The only real disappointment I have with the game–and this is mostly if not solely on my naivety–I pre-ordered the delux ed for PS4 and aside of the cosmetics and double-xp I expected a game with more maps, side missions–but it feels it’s just the same content as the “trial” wrapped now as a full game.
And yes, I do face here and there “incomplete” lobbies, queueing time, but so far my overall experience is positive.
For sure there are many issues with the game, I’ll agree to that. But the games still fresh, the numbers for people who played the trial would be small compared to those who’ve bought the game and are playing it now so the bugs are more apparent and the Devs have mountains of data and gameplay to analyse in order to begin diagnostics and eventual fixes/patches. They’ve probably had to spend more time on the upcoming update with regards to the bugs to make sure nothing has been affected, nothing carries over…compiling code is a nightmare, and I do not envy the task they face.
But screaming “fuck this game, I want my money back!” isn’t productive and it’s creating echo chambers. Instead of saying “sucky game”, write a list of specific grievances in a respectful manner.
We don’t need any more threads about refunds, rip offs, and “fuck illfonic”. There’s plenty already, so they should just keep bumping those threads unless they’re just trying to deny actual mature criticism and feedback from being seen by the Devs.
I dunno, I’m just tired of seeing people abuse the Devs when they’ve done an amazing job delivering this game to begin with.
