I was leaning more towards the sci fi realm writing itself as things are in our world today.

Did Disney want to use something that didn’t belong to them yet? Interesting. It’s just that The Predator began to be developed back in 2016, and was released in 2018. While Fox’s takeover by Disney began in November 2017 and ended in March 2019.

Facts. Arnold has too much weight to carry not counting his gear he wouldnt last long. Thier either Royces size or billy/Blaine, Arnold is way more jacked then both of them but its all bulk muscle which weighs you down

Having a karate/kungfu guy attack a predator bare handed is not realistic.
It would infect be cheesy and turn the franchise into power rangers.
If Arnold punching the predator in P1 had little effect. Then what effect would anyone else have.
Even Batman need a melee WEAPON to deal any real damage hand to hand.

Idk apparently Pred can be fought hand to hand with legolas moves as long as you slide between his legs or jump over his attacks so IP man could pull it off with some backflips and a sturdy rope and drag him into quicksand.
Just say pred is weakened or young or whatever and have him fight however many goons before jobbing to the protag, anything goes.
As we get closer to comics Pred becomes more of a superhero story and less of a deconstruction of those superhero tropes. First Disney comic just dropped 27 predators, complete with RPGing the ships from freefall and this is where we’re jumping off from lol.
The villain itself is at the dumbest its ever been in recent years, its like 1 W if you count human comic teamup twenty years ago & 32 something losses lets be real here but “PRED WON IN THE EASTER EGGS TWO DECADES AGO”

It happened in that comic’s timeline, simple as that. How? We don’t know but the fact that it did, is simply that. I care nothing else for if ands or what else.
A permanent death I mean. Nothing in the Marvel Universe these days has any real stake when some writer can just do a do-over like they have millions of times already. In blood sport his character did. My point was i don’t want to see a pred doing Asian style martial arts in any coming films.
This could be interesting but not easy to make it look good/believable.
With spear yes. Weapons yes but a pred bare handed doing martial arts will make it look human to me.
