I will never understand the crying of people who didn’t pre-order the game and demand the 87 hunter… It’s stupid. Pre-order exclusives are nothing new. GET OVER IT.

Greyback is already in-game. He’s Elder and it’s the reward for reaching 150, it’s been stated that this was what players are given for free since Jungle Hunter isn’t available.
We know of nothing to say they even will. The issue of doing an exclusive is that it’s still something missing in someones collection. Pre-order exclusive Jungle Hunter sucks but it’s what happened. Nothing we can do about it aside from alternatives like Ahab for example. Jungle Hunter himself will not be seeing a re-release anytime soon.
Let’s not forget that on the 28th many new people will come to play for the free weekend, it is up to us who have been playing since the beginning to make them feel good and have a little mercy, I am sure that we will all be tempted to kill a ft who does not know what he is doing in 2 min, or to kill a predator who throws himself against everyone and enters second wind in the first confrontation. I think it is important to calculate that these people deserve an opportunity to enjoy the game as we do every day and they will not stay if their games last 2 min, in no case am I talking about letting them win or anything like that, but what if we can is not chasing that pred in second wind, observe that ft, let them meet a couple of objectives and kill them one by one … I think I’m not wrong about this

Okay look. I agree but disagree at the same time.
Heres why. Giving people 87 pred will bring in new players sure. But it aint gonna keep them. The only way this game survives is if these maps/gamemodes save the day. And im not sure that they will…
To pessimistic, but they are making this hard on themselves and us.
Eh. The only reason a lot of us, who are only a fraction of what we had about 2 months ago, are still here, is because we are holding out hope for this game.
This gamemode is gonna be make or break for a lot of people.
I just think whats gonna happen is everyones gonna sing cumbaya about it for a while. Then once they have that post nut clarity and the wrinkles and cracks start to show, thats when they are gonna peace out.
They have just been buying time instead of fixing the foundation. And because of that. By the time they need time to finally fix the game. We arent gonna have the patience anymore to give it to them.
I dont think the game mode will make or break the game.
It could survive on hunt alone as long as there were new maps and other obvious dlc and it was balanced and bug free.
Guess we will see.

On the forum and while we are the ones will to share our experience and it’s important feedback, we are not the majority.
If you mean for yourself then yeah, I can see that. I only think big picture when I’m thinking about how they do things, my wants are very secondary and I’m not anywhere near done.
