Give the fireteam a flamethrower

Yeah, there’s a lot of stuff that can be added to this game. Claymores would be great but I feel like the predator could easily avoid stepping on them.

Yeah, the liquid nitrogen gun would be a cool addition to the game too.

Incendiary grenades. A flamethrower here would just be the same as a minigun, too situational.
Tranquilizer darts fired out of an elephant gun to CC the pred when? While we’re on the topic of capturing the pred

Your thoughts are thoughts of prior posts from 2m ago

Ft can use thermals to bad pred heat will blend in to environment. The only reason xenos spot preds is due to a sensor organ like a hightech dolphin. Xenos dont see

Thermal in this game doesn’t take into account environmental heat or it would be harder to distinguish the FT too lol. Its just a plain filter.

A flamethrower still adds some variety to the weapons that the fireteam has. Yeah, tranquilizer darts are cool. I was thinking that some tracking darts could be added too.

What do you mean?

I think its not a good idea

This is exactly how the encounter should go if the Fire Team gets a flamethrower…

Why not a goddamned heat seeking rocket launcher?

That might be a bit excessive, maybe just some LaW’s. That way you only get a single shot but not tracking.
(Light antitank weapons)

I was being sarcastic but ok…

honestly I could see a flamethrower, but it needs to slow you down, and have kinda dog ass range. It should be for if pred gets too close, melt his ass. But be dogshit eveywhere else. Should take up the primary slot though (just as the minigun should) so you are sacrificing something for it.

Give the Ft lightsabers. Fuck the Predator he is nothing to the force

Yeah, that’s what I was thinking. It should only be effective in close range encounters with the predator.

No reason it couldnt work.

only if the fuel tank is a weak spot that can be blown up.

Actual Flamethrowers can reach like 150 ft. though. They get misrepresented in games big time. Fire in general does. Most games treat it like a very weak poison for DoT but it has none of the other qualities of actually being set on fucking fire, lol.

Nah, it would be secondary, like the minigun. Both meant for close range, like the rest of the secondarys.
