Glitch Causing Shift and CTRL to attack

Playing a match a moment ago as the Predator. Killed a Fireteam member with a stealth kill. I didn’t mean to do it lol, and during the animation I got lit up with gunfire. I tried to escape and pressed shift to run away and instead attacked. Got killed and ended the game. Would have had enough health to run or leap away so it was pretty annoying.

I can’t be sure but I may have pressed shift during the animation in the hopes that as soon as it was done I could start running. I’ve also had this happen with CTRL. Can we look into this please?

(Yes, I’m sure I was pressing the correct buttons)

In addition, can we make it so holding shift will always make the character whether Pred or fireteam run? I’ve noticed that while holding shift, if you stop moving you’ll have to release shift and press it again before you’ll start running again. Can we fix that as well?

This has been happening to me as well. Wasn’t sure if anyone else experienced it either but I guess they have by that post

Can confirm, I also had this glitch, but I haven’t been able to reproduce it. I had it 4 times I believe.

Every control you press, becomes a melee attack, and often it is paired with the most insane magnet movement as well. The Predator becomes completely out of your controle. It does go away, but if you failed your encounter and need to get out (within 2 seconds), you will get very mad once your Predator starts hitting the air like no tomorrow. But you aren’t touching the attack buttons. At all.
