I was just playing a match as the predator and was inside a large hut near the swamp in a level not sure which one however when engaging with the combstick, a fire team member countered me and I ended up under the floor in a gap with no way out causing me to be unable to play and lose the match . I play on PS4 and all the other fire team members were also on PS4 . I hope this helps and it can be fixed . The floor was not at all swampy or in water it was dirt and there were walls and barriers blocking me from getting out even when crouched and trying to leap out.
