Where are you taking these levels from? And why should it apply to the facts presented from both sides? Bro this isn’t Dragon Ball science. This is simple, obvious observations from watching the movies.

Take a giant world, pluck both of them out of their movies and drop them into this world. Let Them Fight. And Earth would win, hands down. Its simple logic, no whacko “super space country galaxy thunderstorm black hole” power scaling.

Then just say you want them to fight with their powers equalized. Cus if you’re doing them both vs eachother from their series , Heisei is stronger. But if you want to make them fight when they are both equally as strong, then just say so.
