Ghidorah can’t challenge Legendary goji physically at all without powerups which is why he fled the antarctic fight.
In the ocean ghidorah would’ve outright been shredded inb4 oxygen destroyer. Godzilla just needs enough leverage to take ghidorahs slippery noodle heads off because his gravity beams knock stuff over.

gtfo, In the Antarctic fight that fucker just woke up after how long being trapped in the ice and still knocked thunder thighs on his ass. It wasn’t until the humans (his much-needed backup) showed up that King Ghidora flew out. The ocean fight was Godzilla sneaking up on KG after he just fought Rodan and was fighting humans and then dragged him to the one environment he’s weak in. Godzillas bitch ass then got affected by a bomb meant to kill them both. He then needed both Mothras help and for the humans to power him up with a nuke. He and Mothra then teamed up against him prior to Rodan getting there, again needing help.
KG was able to get a power boost from a generator, not a fucking nuke like goji and was able to over power everyone. KG manhandled his ass until you guessed it, he got help from Mothra and fucking humans, giving him enough time to go into super plot armor mode and win.
Again, Legendary Godzilla can’t do shit without help and plot armor.

Rodan wasn’t even a fight he just gravity beam 1 tapped him. Ghidorah flew out because he needs other titans to do the physical damaging to godzilla like it used the muto in the past OR he needs power from elsewhere. His bites don’t do anything and he doesnt have enough strength to grapple him or pick him up unless hes buffed.
They have different power sources because ghidorahs from SPACE. Nukes don’t do anything for ghidorah, electricity does and its more accessible with humans around.
& Same reason he wasn’t affected by the oxygen destroyer he doesnt breathe air because he’s from SPACE.

He goes toe to toe with Goji all the time, when did he run away to have another titan fight his battle for him? He even fought Goji while Mothra was helping his out again.
He bit him with all three heads and pinned him down, his bites also siphon power from him which is a helluva lot more effective than Gojis bites. Also his bite strength was strong to lift his ass to the atmosphere.
Doesn’t matter if he’s from space, an electric power plant has nowhere near enough power output than that of a nuke. Godzilla literally absorbed the massive amounts of energy from a nuke, he had more of a power boost than Ghidorah and still got his ass beat. If it wasn’t for the humans (again) he would not have had enough time to go thermonuclear, he would’ve siphoned off his energy and killed him right there and then. Get off thunder thigh’s nuts, he can’t ever win without help or plot armor.

Ghidorah has better buff multiplier as a walking regenerating electrical outlet so he has to be either one-shot or torn to shreds. godzilla doesn’t do wars of attrition he tanks & doesn’t regulate energy as efficently. same reason thermonuclear goji doesnt have a beam he just explodes
