got stuck on healing with a pig

I was just shot and ran away found a pig to heal, killed it held square to heal it got stuck at 90 percent as the pig rolled down the hill and I was frozen there unable to do anything, I refused to leave the match as the players do deserve to finish their game.

I had a similar issue whent to heal on a pig shot it with the bow as soon as i hit F to heal it got about 25% of the way and froze the predator
