As the Predator, for the sake of leaping and getting branch blocked, I think the most rational and logical thing to do to avoid being blocked is to allow the player to grapple towards that branch…kind of like in Sekiro.
Otherwise the branch block is quite embarrassing and time wasting.
To be able to hit F while in mid air close to a branch would provide a perfect comeback.
Giving the pred the ability to vault would be cool too or just ya know Quality of Life movements in general
Especially for the pred, There are so many rocks and tree stumps impeding the walking,running or landing sometimes it is needed (maybe an auto-detect and vault)…or how the models react on these terrain should be better adapted.
Sometimes areas are so stubborn to run through!
