Groundhog Day

After 4 months of playing JUST fireteam (and, meanwhile, doing quite well), today I decided to give playing the predator another try. I hoped, that my FT experience would help to overcome my aversion against the controlling of the pred (PS4).

Noooo way. After just one game I discarded the idea of playing the predator again. I needed half a dozen attempts to get onto the roof of a high derailed building. Bumping into all of its walls before. The AI had shot me halfway down then.

I do not know what the developer of the long jump thought when developing that. From my POV that is one of the most ridiculous controlling mechanics I ever have experienced. No nerfing of the FT will help with that…

I’ve never had that problem outside a handful of times and even then those were exceptions not the rule.

Ah, sorry, I did not had in mind, that the english version is written “ditto” (@Robo_2696 ).

It’s origin is the latin word dicere (telling) and ditto nowadays is used as “as I said” or “I agree” or alike.

Maybe that is why you still are playing predator, right?

I have to admit that I am not very patient. I do not like to have to practice hundreds of hours before having fun. I prefer controlling measures, which just work from the beginning - intuitively, smoothly…
