Which would be considered Hacking. Exploits are just hacks that happen in game instead of an outside source. Pretty simple

Hacking is associated with its security counter-part, which means compromising the software of a system to execute code.
In order to exploit a bug and consider it āhackingā it should allow you to execute code on the game. That is not possible on PHG, as far as I know. And none of the known exploits require code execution.
