It’s always the same. Pred players complaining about FT cheats, because god forbid someone says a Pred player is cheating. Not even when you showed them video of the axe bug will they admit is cheating.

I play both sides, I cheat on both. I’m honest enough with myself to admit it. Some people love to ride that high horse and think they are above everyone else.

I’ve beaten enough of these so called “non-cheaters” players using a knife only loadout, just to be called cheater anyway, so, who gives a fuck then?

breaking animations is an exploit, period.

You are using a series of input commands to break the game, no different than doing exactly the same thing (breaking a menu animation) to equip whatever weapon you want in whatever weapon slot you want. You are bypassing a game mechanic.

When you can bypass the weapon switch animation, when you can bypass the parry stun animation, when you are doing a double knife attack, a combi/bow throw at the same time, all those are exploits. Your opinion if it is an exploit or not doesn’t matter

You are. You are using a bug in the game that allows you to switch a weapon without showing the proper animation… that IS A BUG exploit.

It’s not a skill tho, it’s breaking the game, because the game was not coded in a way which allows you to shoot an arrow or plasma shot and combistick in the same second without having weapon switch animation.

Even Illfonic dev said that the game wasn’t meant to be played that way, thus it is an exploit.
You can do it manually or via simple macro.

Is not a matter of honesty. The game is so plagued with bugs that most people will abuse them without even knowing.
And some, as you can see here, even after accepting and knowing it, will deny it and believe it is “the intended purpose”

The biggest proof that weapon switch animation cancel is a bug exploit is the existence of an in-game perk designed to decrease the time said animation takes to perform. Otherwise, if animation cancels were intended, why would that perk exist to begin with?
