So banning accounts is the only real solution that can be controlled. Appealing to the hackers/cheaters puts the ball in their court and results will be so-so at best.
How about creating a stronger security for accounts? Phone number confirmation is one option in the article. They could also extend that to biometrics where you sign in with fingerprint id though phone. I know its really out there.

Zebbson is a nice guy who wants to make peace between all of us, so me and him set up a friendly private match and we play with the full reaper squad, I win and don’t upload because it’s friendly.
I even said GG to John wick after the match and all of them, and now he decides to come and talk more bullshit out of his ass to me, so I threaten him with uploading the video, which he really doesn’t want me to upload because none of them got above a certain level of damage (very low).
