Hammer and other melee with lightning

So, about the predators melee weapons …why not add a perk which provides lightning strikes that acts like a flame damage but with electrifying results!?

I want full executions and the ability to snatch a ft by their throat and drag them away with hops or predlour and isolate them from the team, that and the ability to skin ft members hang em from trees to be more cinematically accurate. It would be awesome

Last i remember the samurai sword does the bleeding effect…maybe the perk will replace this effect on whatever mellee weapon you have armed and the electricity might actually do some good for a big ass melee piece of shit that never lands and when you do, you get some satisfaction!
