Happy Sunday!

Happy Sunday!
Happy day to you as well Elliot
Thank you for being a friend.
Let the happiness stay for for another day.
Let the happiness stay for for another day.
Eh, another 12 hour shift and the same bs as yesterday.
Figured I’d inject today with some positivity!
I can understand that
At this point I think its personally for myself.
I’ve spent nearly 1700 hours on this game and it just got put on sale at gamestop for 10 bucks.
Think I’m in for a world of emotional hurt if this game tanks further :(
Also very nervous as to what kind of update we are getting to tide us over for 3 to 4 months. No update hasn’t come in smoothly yet :(
I can understand that, and probably because they aren’t moving hardly any product. Everything is getting sold cheaper at gamestop right now just about due to Covid and digital downloading being a popular choice since they don’t have to leave home. So, in order to get people to come to the store they have to sell it next to nothing to have any business. It’ll be just like blockbuster when netflix became a thing.
Makes sense
Yeah, I wouldn’t worry about it too much. As for the update, It’ll be decent sized. They may release little things as they go till spring like the viking pred that randomly dropped. So, won’t be totally dry. The spring update will be big since 3-4 months of waiting gives them plenty of time to work on it. Hardest part will be the massive radio silence
Good things come to those who wait!
Pretty much, but you’ll have the impatient ones who will rage about it as usual
Right on, bro. Gamestop is entering its holiday season with Civid complications. Its gonna be discounting lots of stuff. Just the other day, I picked up a new Mario game on switch for $27. Brand new. Down from $60. Now, corporate has a lot to do with pricing, but the right store manager can make all the difference.
If you’re concerned about the games health, advertise to friends to buy it for $10! Help out a brick and mortar store, get more new blood into the game.
agreed, eventually gaming stores will get pushed out like blockbuster did. Nowadays, you can get everything digital and online directly from the manufacturer cheaper. People cutting out that middle man is killing their business
I’ve streamed this game nonstop for the past 4 months on the basis of “promoting the game to get new blood in”. (Played since beta, that would have been great content to have recorded)
Just feeling drained slightly with how much negativity I’ve had to put up with/ surrounds this title.
That being said I knowingly putting myself in that path directly.
Doesn’t help that my wife found out how much time I’ve spent doing it. Meanwhile I’ve been out of a job since march and bills haven’t stopped LMAO. (Always looking, nothing has bit yet)
Think today has been a slight wake up call for myself and just my own personal reality.
Just trying to keep it together :)
