This patch the pendulum swung a bit too far. This particular instance highlights some obvious issues. You’re feelings are irrelevant.

And once again, how long did it takes for you to end up in second win in the water even if that was a bad spot to be in? Do you know why you could last longer in there? I’ve already told you, you where not practically immobilized as those guys could just shoot you, on the catwalk that is exactly what happened to you on the catwalk and that is the reason for the massive damage!

Roof slam damage was not the issue, never was. At least not to me. The fact that it went trough WALLS and trough multiple FLOORS was the issue. Like if 2 floors was between the pred and the target you would get massive damage with no way of returning fire. THAT was the issue.

No the issue was that it did too much damage for it to go through walls otherwise they would’ve removed it from doing so instead they nerfed the damage.
And FT can’t, not by themselves. In this instance at least 2 people fucked him over. When he died he was in the air, perhaps a lag thing that calculated after he leaped but it could also mean the guy shooting at him from a distance killed him in the air.
Try this. use the SMG(so the most bursty at close range, I think) to shoot at a predator that is on you hitting you with the elder sword. See who dies first!
They’ve already nerfed the net gun… and in this situation it didn’t work at all… even though it was a clear shot. 7 foot wide net < 2 foot knife swipe.
And you’re still missing the point that regardless of taking those shots it shouldn’t have killed me that fast. It takes longer to kill an already downed pred than it took to down me. Kinda broke…
I am fine with the given solution just as well. I’ve died so many times to that shit even when I was not in the building, like the predator would slam the roof of a building that was 2 damn meters from me (I was outside) and I would take full damage. It was bonkers.
You know with the damage ft does now, I think its perfectly fine if the old roof slam damage came back.

It worked fine on who died first. He could not do anything but sit there and die. The net gun is actually OP in randoms since in 50-60% of my games you only need to net 1 guy to win, me. That is what makes it OP. That said I don’t want it nerfed, just saying. Nerfing it would make it completely useless in other scenarios.
1 mag can kill a pred, now put that 1 FT + a guy using the knife with heavy hitter and its as intended. Knife damage can be avoided, that is why its not OP. You decided to engage him in close quaters, from the front, on a catwalk where you can’t use you’re 3rd person to any advantage and move around him… Seriously man…

This isn’t my first game bruh. I’ve made worse mistakes … lots of them. I’ve never been killed so fast by only 2 dudes. That’s the issue. In this case I should have been hurt bad in the same time frame, not killed. Period.
