No dude… you’re not listening. I dont expect to win every fight. I’m not mad that I lost. I’m pointing out the issue of being killed so fast by only 2 guys. It’s never happened before (to me). I’ve been in worse situations with all 4 ft unloading on me at once and still lasted longer… body blocked inside buildings no less.
Because you’ve never been in a bad spot like that. Just find a friend, go in custom and see how much damage he can do to you (and how fast) if you just take all his bullets.
I will remind you they made no modifications in 2.0 to heavy hitter or bane (even if they say they did, people tested it out).
Wrong, I’ve been in bad spots. Many of them. I’ve also tested damage with friends in private games… you’re being insanely obtuse about this. I don’t what to tell you man.
I think the point here dude(I get what you’re trying to say btw) is if 2 people, the FT dps at 50 percent capacity, is melting the entire predator health pool in literally 2 seconds for even attempting melee, what does that mean for overall ft damage? If all 4 are alive cut this time in half? So if you even wanna try coming in for a quick melee attack then leap out you’ll die instantly? I think that’s the real problem
He has been in a lake before, watch that part and how long he lasted. The place where you engage is important, limiting the predator movements and ensuring all knife hits and all bullets connect is what melts you.
I’ve been in a custom game with a friend testing shit out. I was the pred. When we where done he decided to open fire in my face from close range with an AR. Before I could even leap away I was down to like 30% HP or so and no mask! Now imagine that + another guy with heavy hitter. In the lake those bullets as well as the knife hits did NOT connect since you where moving. On that catwalk you just remove that part. That is why you died, its not the damage, you handled the damage those people could put out before because you where not getting hit! And those where 3, not 2…
Now if FT do to much damage in a 4 man preamdes… Probably, in randoms? Nah man…
I’m starting to think the FT doesn’t do enough damage at this point considering how extraordinarily OP the predator is.

Reduce HS damage against Predator while mask is on.
Location specific damage reduction on predator armor. I think armor is purely cosmetic atm

They took half his hp, then he tries to leap out and they take the other half. With a full team he’d have dropped in and been dead/winded instantly. Which ya know what if that’s how we want the damage to be I’m ok with that. But certain predator weapons need to be buffed to Atleast match this. I literally stood in place finishing OBJ while getting shot 3 times with the plasma caster and just tanked it to finish obj and still was able to just run off and syringe. Just in my opinion, we have been able to take all kinds of damage from pred lately and have 0 consequence which is really destroying the suspense of the game I used to feel at launch

Again, he posted the entire video, he had another engagement where the 3 of them (not 2, so its the ones that killed him + another 1) in a damn lake, his cloak does not work (well duh!) and he just moves around throwing traps. See how long he last there! Why? Because he was moving man, the predator explodes very fast if all things connect! Thing is, they don’t connect if you don’t engage in places where your movement is limited like on that catewalk. Do you know how many predators I’ve baited on those pipes on derailed when we where in 1v1 and killed them on them because they could not move around? Yeah!
