Scouts with double time are fast, but there not faster than a hunter. Actually tested it. But if you miss your melee, that scout is going to create some distance quick.
Scout and recon need this kind of speed to balance them with the higher health and gear of the other classes.

Combi stick into wrist blade is trash now, they had nerf the combi thorw without writing in the fucking patch notes. Now it does 106 with down range, before was 126. So basically you need 3 wrist blade to kill assault , dutch and support with tick skin or OWLF. The game is fucked up for high level, they had nerf the skill for pred (range weapon) and buff yautja bane, plus they had nerf perry to buff the unskilled melee. Very good move by illfonic , they broke the game.
