Is there any safe online retailer for buying Hunting Party DLC? My platform is Steam, I would buy it from steam store direct, but since my store country is Russia there is no PHG store for my region at the moment, and I had no luck finding online key for hunting party DLC. Can anybody help me?

I’m not from Russia, i just changed my steam store country few years ago because of regional prices. Everything is so much cheaper.
I bought viking predator (global key) from instant gaming and it works, problem is I can’t find anywhere hunting party dlc…
