Hi all, im new.
When i que, there is no one… i can wait up to 30 minutes, and it will only be me FT and 1 predator. Is no one playing the game, am i doing something wrong?
btw i stay in south africa. my ping when searching is 160, which is better than lol’s 180 ping.

did you check in option game that you have turn on crossplay? Matchmaking is propably restricted by regions. Sometimes with friends we wait about minute or 5-6 minutes for FT match and i live in Europe

you might have been dropped in a empty lobby with only a pred and you it keeps searching for other players bud will never fill up you have to quit the room and re Q if your Q time is taking very long as a ft member i would check out your options if crossplay is marked off or on

Its not restricted by region its just prioritized it seems. It will try to match you with closer people first and then switch to a wider region i believe.

I play with lots of americans at night an EU people in the day but sometimes the lobby is mix of lots of regions

So got my cross play on and tried it off with both.
I finally had 1 full game today, 4 ft and 1 pred. but it only happened after 4 que ups, and 2 games of 1 on 1 with pred.

does it match make you by level too? how do i add friends or find online groups for faster match making

no i really dont see any level based matching + level doesnt really equate to skill. im certain it doesnt take level into account

Yeah, I’ve definitely played with players in other countries. So it’s not region locked. However, there’s gotta be some kind of locking going on, maybe issues with matchmaking by rank in an attempt to balance? I’m unsure.

I’ve personally never had a reoccurring issue with queues on PC. The 5-6 times something weird happened I cancelled my queue and requeued. It generally helped. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I should add I’m almost always queued as No Preference.

Yea some might have said it but if you turn on Cross Play it should work just fine for u…I was in very long ques longer than usual and I had it turned off as a PS4 user…I turned it back on and retried and got in a game within the estimated amount of time said.

Yes same, cross play, reque, no prefences, being team fire, is helping me with my aiming, getting use to the game, its graphics, spotting the predator.
