Btw the close/middle range playstyle should be viable in my opinion. If you fight a fireteam that has the same skill level of the Pred, that wont work in 99% of the cases because everything that concern close range fight (melee or not) is not viable cause fireteam member do so much damage even if they miss 50% of their shots. Imagine people that mostly hit their shots. They would get called cheaters, and the funny thing is that it happened :) .
I kinda wish illfonic would give us the code so we can make the necessary adjustments ^_^
I am almost sure that some people there in the forum have the ability to do that , a lot of people work with pc and things related.
FT hp is out of control
this is actually incorrect cause most of people in pubs dont run Yautja Bane but Tick Skin or Gearhead. What makes this perk broken is the fact that if 3/4 good players use that they will pulverize the Predator in 2 seconds. Of course all experienced players know that.
The devs are clueless
3 stems plus 160 plus hp plus 3 or 4 medikits⌠its utter insanity. Pred dmg 56 per arrow shot⌠or less plus 100 or so body shot⌠its just not right
@OldKingHamlet @Courier The problem of randoms in pubs is that they dont know where the Predator is, even if the Predator is fighting with one of their members. As you can se from my Pub matches video, every time that I did 4/5/6 k damage all of the others did 0 or 100. From the video you can clearly see that I was fighting 1 vs 1 agaisnt most Preds and no one was helping me. A damage nerf will not affect the low skill level scenario because this is not their weakness. What we need to do is teaching better to the newbies what they have to do and what they have to focus. The damage is insane for people that know how to play and it breaks the gameplay once you get into a match against a Premade. On the other hand, randos have truble to locate the Predator from the beginning, now with the new cloak is just impossible for them to compete. Playing Pred right now is far easier compared to Fireteam if you play in solo queue. A cloak change and a damage nerf would help both scenarios. High level Pred can fight High level Fireteam better. Randoms can locate the Predator a bit easier and they can avoid to get killed one by one every fucking match as I saw in my 1000+ hours experience in that game.
I didnât notice this before because I mostly watch Pred play, but stems and med kits restore only a fraction of HP. I think that wasnât the cause not too long ago.

Gear Medikits restore 75, Medickit in the maps restore the entire hp bar, syringes restore 100 hp.
They need to get rid of the last man standing bs. Whats the point of the boost if the pred knows exactly where you are. You canât play it safe as last man standing anymore. And also the AI needs damage nerf and a limit on how many AI spawn per FT player. Sometimes you find yourself fighting 20 AI like wtf! Not only do you have to fight an alien but 20 guerilla soldiers too. The FT needs all that health and med kits and damage because the pred is not the only thing we have to fight against. If they nerf the FT then the pred should not be allowed to prompt the AI to trigger alarms.
The ones on the map are too strong imo, but Pred can destroy they. Syringes are ok, but they should either be nerfed or should not be in ammo crates
Literally played a match, pred would set alarms and then lead AI to us. Did a kill count at the end of the match, 90 AI in game were killed by FT.

i wouldnât say heals are an issue as much as how large the hp pool of the FT has.
