Itās because they completely misinterpreted the infamous Leviticus passage about laying with other men. Itās not about homosexuality, itās about the paganistic rituals that were going on at that time. Same sex interactions were actually very common at that time and was used and encouraged, but, as time went on the church warped it, much like everything else in that book, to find their ideology and beliefs to what we have today. I follow a gay pastor on tiktok who has spent his life in theology and studying biblical history, and I love how he tears apart that kind of bullshit and uses real world events at the time to clarify why it was written the way it was, and why that thought process should not apply to today.
Edit: I also refuse Jimism. But if anyone wants to start a Jizzism religion, Iām down.

Tiktok is a wealth of information if you actually look in the right places. You and my friend have the same mentality about it, thinking itās all thots dancing and boobs and ass and cringe. Yeah, I mean, if you go looking for that, youāll find plenty. But thereās a ton of musicians, cosplayers, writers, poets, people who give help and tips about diet, weight, lifting, camping, outdoorsy stuff, general good vibes and feelings, and yes, religion. And cats. My feed is usually nothing but musicians, outdoors, weightlifting and cats. Barely ever thotty content.
