OK now the game is unbalanced. 7 out of 10 times the fireteam wins easily. Yes there are a few times the predator wins but these are very few. Hell… most times the predator strangles to even get one fireteam kill and the source of the game meant to be hard time for the fireteam and not the other way around (it would be more logical most of the times for the predator to take the win and the kills).
But even if the game remain as it is (without any rebalancing I mean) all can change with two easy (I think) steps.
1st: More considerable (powerful) AI
If a careless fireteam can be killed from the AI this would make them concentrate more on their mission and that would give space to the predator to make his moves and even make them more valuable with less health and ammo to deal with the predator
2nd: Add objectives (not whole missions) that can be fulfilled only if the fireteam gets separated for a little while like: two members of the fireteam must remain here (in a coloured space of the map) and two must investigate there (further away in another coloured space of the map) and to complete the objectives they should remain in the two coloured spaces for 1-2 minutes. It is clear that most of the time fireteam members stick together and that gives the predator very hard time so making them separate to complete objectives will add suspense and give space for the predator to attack and to wait for the right time to make his moves
So I believe that these two steps can change the experience massively adding action and suspense without even rebalancing the fireteam and the predator or touching the annoyingly easy fireteam reenforcing procedure.
