I agree mate, this could be REALLY good, the the Predator needs some damned love after all the crap they put him in in the past years.
Im hoping, i wanna like this, when it works it is GREAT, but you are quickly reminded this is a very small game.

Now I want not so much a patch as communication between players and developers. I want a guy from a group of developers, or a community manager, to come here and literally say: People, we realized that we’ve fixed it. Here is the roadmap for future changes, we want to strengthen these aspects and weaken these ones, in the future we will work in this direction, the patch will be approximately then. AND EVERYTHING! HALF community will immediately forgive them for a bad release. I know this because I am an old fickle forgive them.

Personally I don’t think so. The game is already struggling from Low Player Population during off hours 4 days after release.

i hope this game wont be abandoned but on the other hand they did Friday the 13 and it very badly finished for this game
but with the cross platform there is much more player and this game is already less buggy than friday the 13 and there is no deep change to do (for exemple all the stealh gameplay in friday needed a full redesign but they never did it so everyone was playing bully councelor even if their main objectives was not to just bully jason)
more over this game is just new , i think if in 1 month there is nothing done we will be able to drawn conclusion
more over it’s the predator licence (ok the license is clearly not in these best days) and there is sony behind

The game is small but … let me take a minute of the Russian ЕП ТВОЮ МАТЬ БЛЯТЬ, (don’t translate this. Just a cry of pain. And English will not allow you to translate correctly.) They are under the auspices of Sony! A huge company with endless money, THEY bought them the rights to a predator, I’m almost sure this is the case when it is time to scold the developer for not making a suitable product.
I got your feelings. I have doubt. A lot of em. That’s why I rarely pre-ordered stuff. I only pre-ordered Cyberpunk 2077 and this game. Why? Because I do have a little faith in their dev or i dunno I might be some sort of marsochists lol. But this Devs have some kind of reputation of fixing their game and bring em up to the good place. I do against releasing an unfinished game. Just wait and see.

Man i’d love to see some numbers…i dont think the queuetimes are due to low queues, i think alot of people play this. Preds is a problem, everyone wanna be him, but go as FT, boom, 20 seconds for me, all the time.

I’ve seen some of players actually complaining about the key bindings, saying that when they change them, the newly bound keys aren’t working. As a matter of fact, they’ve also stated that certain actions were actually bound to a totally different key.
I will explain. Even online at 7-10 thousand people, like some kind of Hunt Showdown it will be a GOOD result. This will allow you to develop a competitive environment, it will allow you to get loot with DLCs and cosmetics, you just need to work NOW.
I agree that they should remove the time or at least make the matches much longer but you just need to poke them more and resist the urge to go crazy and charge them when they all are together… But i understand your fustration because holy shit does the FT have too many tools to fuck you in the ass at the moment

Interesting…never played it, but that causes some concern…its seems they are incapable of pvp balance and even understanding their license character roles…now im sad.

I bound E to self detonate. It doesn’t work at all. Wtf. This is the most broken game I’ve ever played in my 29 years of gaming.
friday the 13 atmosphere was splendid and there was so many reference (how to kill jason was super cool)
i’m pretty sure they know those movie and like them when you see their game but they have prb with the balance and they were scared to do drastic change (when it was needed)
there was alot of useless councelor (all the sneaky one because it was impossible to play sneaky and the full utiliy because no one want to listen and help you while you can repair every objectives in 2 sec)
when friday was alive i done a huge thread of idea to rework the stealh gampeplay and at the same time the useless jason (the 5th jason was useless and weak as fuck so they wanted to change him .at the end he just becomed an other big brute) and to make him a better hunter to counter this new potential playstyle => no fuck given
No one is capable of balance in asymmetric PvP. Evolv is all in favor of people. (except the ghost) Dead by daylight? - all in favor of the survivors. Friday the 13th? AHAHAHAHAH. Well, you get the point. What else is there? Is that you, Last year? Someone remove the corpse from the floor. This is a VERY complicated genre to balance

There are a ton of amazing people in this forum, with balancing ideas that would fix the game in an instant. The funny thing is, the problems arent even that crazy, its a matter of small tweaks, and some things that needs to be removed, have longer cooldowns, stuff like that. Speed is also an issue, again, small tweaks.
Problem is, i dont think Illfonic will DO it.
I tried man…i TRIIIIIIED…im so sick of the meta thats going on now…im a Pred player and my god…i have to fight the mechanics in this game to play well, my shots hit leafs or other stupid stuff, i get stuck on trees and rocks, i get stopped mid-leap by some collider i didnt even see etc etc…
I cant go on, I CANT!
