requested refund through epic store due to the ridiculous matchmaking. im done sitting and waiting for 10 minutes just to get put into a lobby by myself and continue to have to keep waiting. its a shame too because i enjoy the game, but seeing as im basically unable to play i want my money back. and yes, i made an account just to post this one topic.

yes and thats why i say HOPEFULLY. i know i probably wont be refunded. i just wanted to leave the feedback that i am trying to refund due to the horrible matchmaking.
What method of payment do I use? Someone mentioned in another thread that I just need to talk to their bank and explain that they haven’t received what I pay for.
Good news for me, today my refund was accepted.

im not going to go through the process of getting the bank involved. i still play the game, but after buying F13 just to have it die and then buy this just to have a lot of issues with, this will more than likely be the last illfonic game i purchase.
