I have no idea what you’re getting that floating continent idea from, but if you’re referring to the map it is not floating nor is it not accurate to the story. In the actual story mode characters like the warden even talk about how long it took their scouts to get to certain areas like vardenfell or
Ashfield from where they are currently stationed.

And also yes the Ninja class the Shinobi, we’re oftentimes Farmers that were neglected by the
bigger groups of Samurai and rulers that ended up rebelling and creating their own militia.

And the shugoki were real fighters that often times guarded the gates of bigger cities that had very important families or rulers in them

I don’t want to break it to you but there was never a legion of sumo wrestlers in oni masks so it makes sense every other character in for honor is female.
you already have sumo wrestlers, mad max vikings, and anime samurai. Fantasy setting.

The shugoki was inspired by samurai who did teppo and matawari training given them that big and almost fat looking body structure. The demon/Oni mask he wears is actually something both military and non military members would wear as a sign of status and to strike fear into their opponents. The term Shugoki is a made up name but these samurai were very real

Well I guess it depends on the comic, but most of the time they are depicted as roughly the same size and skinnier. Like how they are in the game. So I’m going to assume that’s the average.

Big mama may be a special case.
