Isn’t it time Illfonic posted something other than ominous tweets about updates? Four months in and we are still in beta mode with no map or game mode updates. I preordered this game at £35 and paid for the DLC packs yet I cannot believe we are stilll waiting for some ACTUAL content (i.e. not fucking skins or shaders). It’s about time they gave us a reason to hang around ffs.

I’m guessing the August update will be Friday. They release the monthly update on friday so it will either be 7th of this month or the 14th im hoping for the 7th.

It would be nice to hear something, see something that is official and not a leak. How messed up is it that data miners are the hype team for this game?.
Just take a snapshot of something, a tease, a Predator… better yet a FT tease.

My question is wtf do these people do all day?? They never release shit. And from the things they have worked on haven’t been too hard to develop. But on the real seriously wtf do they do alll day? Do they just get to work and chit chat all day not working on shit?? It’s been 4 months already going on 5 since the games release and all we’ve gotten is 2-4 different predator skins depending on wether you spent money extra to buy them and some toddler crayola shaders that literally nobody wants. They have not improved the game or the bugs. They haven’t balanced anything as it is. I feel like they just talk all day and put in minimal effort. I feel some are there just for the paycheck and it shows big time.

Seriously though do you program, seeing as people idioitcally say it’s so fucking easy if it is why arent you doing it. Probably you’re too fucking lazy it takes too much math for most people to want to do it in the first place stop trivializing programming like a fucking monkey can do it because news flash they cant and what does everyone keep talking about the first few days of August like they didnt release city hunter early and it’s not mid August for any free update get your heads out of your asses. For fucks sake the forum sucks more life out of the game then the actual bugs do sometimes

Totally get your point about the scale of work and coding here, but we are four months in. I’d love to see something that would outline what, above skins, they are planning.
Even a screenshot of a map or artwork would be cool. What’s the point of not communicating with your audience? Surely that will only drive people off the game.
Right now the only hype they have is this forum bashing the bugs, lack of content or data mining crumbs.

I would usually be right beside you but this whole covid thing has our regular expectations having to have a dose of patience, I’m excited as anyone to see what’s going to happen and as impatient too, I just remind myself to take a step back because a lot of things I cant control except my attitude, and remember that you get more bees with honey then with vinegar trying to be rotten to people who cant control shit any more then I do doesnt make me feel good at the end of the day. Its frustrating but sometimes the best stuff comes from perseverance through shit
