How can I fix that? Help me pls

This window remains here for long time and than it saya AUTHENTICATION failed. What I can do?? I have just reinstalled both game and launcher and give amministrator permission but none of this worked. Can some one help me pls? I can’t play this game anymore 😔

Do you have issues getting into any other games? I’m wondering if this could be a firewall issue or something similar.

Matchmaking has been jacked since last night apparently, so maybe this could have something to do with this? If it was before last night than maybe more so the ladder.

No i have no problem with other game, and is not a matchmaking problem but login problem. Someone have some ideas what I can do?

Ugh, I’m sorry man. All I could suggest is messaging Epic Support. But they haven’t been the most helpful. I’m hoping someone here can be of assistance.

Just called them, and I recived no help. I have also called illfonic assistence but they responce to me only ones and didnt hwlp me at least…

I would try and go to your firewall settings and see if it is allowed through.

You can do this by:

  1. Click start.
  2. Type “Firewall & Network Protection”.
  3. In Firewall & Network Protection click Allow an app through firewall.
  4. Look for the name “SpaceFish” (this is the name of the game for some reason to your computer)
  5. Be sure to click the “Change settings” button to actually make changes
  6. Make sure it has private checked. If this doesn’t help try checking public as well i suppose.

I just got logged in so i hope this works for you.

Just done, both private and pubblic are on. What remains to do?

It looks like the server issues have progressed to the point where it can’t authenticate and even get to the main menu. I’m getting the same thing.

Hmm, perhaps run a verification on your files? If you go to the launcher click the three dots and verify.

I’m not sure what the actual issue is. Might be a Illfonic/Epic server thing. :/

if you cant authenticate “ALL of a SUDDEN” its their servers are down.
I also cant logon. they properly trying to deal with the match making that was down today.

The problem is that I can t login for an entire day!! I have this problem since the release of the game. Some times it works sometimes doesn’t. And since this morning I am repeatedly trying to come back. But I have no success.

Just done, just verify 200 times. Every time with this fucking AUTHENTICATION problem. It’s not only today.

Same issue. The server is down. possible maintenance of servers ??? +DLC ??? lol

you re-installed the games? Patience man, they fixing their game, there is going to be lots of up coming issues. dont re-install every time something is wrong, you going to burn your brain.

No I have this problem since the release. There is some cose like ts-nc-0001. Even if I am online on EG I can’t login due to this AUTHENTICATION issue.

The problem is that several weeks have passed and I still have this problem. No one of EG assistence or Illfonic assistence help me. I just want to play the game I paid, you know.

We’re five playing together since 1 week, we all have the same issue since 40 mins.

Started for one of us and after others disconnected and came back, we were all concerned.

Just wait for an apologize on tweeter…
