How do I upgrade from disc version of PS4 Hunting Grounds to PS5 verison?

I don’t see any option to. I see that if I just buy the PS5 version for $19 that all of the DLC I bought will be “Free” for it. But will my saved game info transfer over? How?

When you add it to your cart click the price and a drop box should open up where you can select the $14.99 price

All your data is stored on their servers that is how it transfers

You will have to reinstall all the DLC through the store by purchasing the free DLC

You may have to buy the disc when it releases if this doesn’t work for you
