How do you get the tab back with the stuff on it?

So on this forum specifically there was a tab on top of this message box I’m typing in that would let you select italics, bold, set up a poll, etc.

It’s gone now and I want it back.

How do?

Aw nice, every time I tried it, it would just close the tab cuz I got these sausage thumbs…
