If you really hate it just spec into Technical and upgrade on the crafting menu. It’s Grindy AF but you can do it. If you’re base armour is good you can skip pieces like the hat.

It’s very true of starting characters, wore a Bitch Skirt for about 3 levels on my guy because it was so much better than all my pants.

It’s so funny sometimes with what I end up. But thankfully I ended up looking like a sexy cyberpunk assassin lol
