The mistake they made was pulling out the knife, no point, just press V when youāre busy blasting their ass.

The game has the subtitle āHanting Groundsā and this applies not only to the predator, if you could not oppose FT to anything, then the victim is here and you will already hunt for the predator. Predators who want an easy victory and run to rash, will be met with a parry and lose, a real hunter will find ways to get his skulls using strategy, cunning and the equipment he has.

I mean, its total suicide vs a good FT, (light pred is best vs them) but still i try to make it work :P
If I can take down a guy that is mass parrying every attack while I am literally drunk off my ass, albeit with some effort because I am drunk off my ass, you can too! :D

I want to convey that parry mechanics are important when playing for FT and that without it, at the moment, it makes no sense to play for FT. This all reminds me of Dead by Dalight where the survivors shouted that the maniac was unbalanced and vice versa. Does anyone know a game with an asymmetric gameplay that is balanced and comfortable for everyone? I have not heard of this. I only know that people need to win, it does not matter playing as a predator or for FT and they will not be happy if they lose, instead of learning from mistakes they will run to the forum and complain about which predator or FT is unbalanced. āPredator Hunting Groundsā needs balance, but the parry is that game mechanics that can be modified but not completely removed from the game.
yeah, zerk is my fave (avp2 fan and heavy-pred was my go-to so i stayed loyal lol)
Zerk just isnt viable vs a good FT. Light pred with power slam spam, + plasma is the only way to go. Zerker may have 100% more health than a scoutā¦ but they take 300% more bullets AND get chased down in 2nd wind.
But yeah I really do play all specs, on both sides alot.

So, as a Fireteam member you want me to just stand there and do nothing while you swing your blades at me?? FOH Parrying is staying, simple. Get good at your melee game, simple. Itās all about timing. And these arenāt just ābutter knivesā theyāre huge combat knives, gutters, Scimitars that could so serious damage to a Predator (if youāre going to go the āin muh real world sinareeeeeeee-oh!!!ā). Some of these blades are over 12 inches (thatās what she said), made from 'Damascus" steel and so sharp they could cut through a Predators skin easilyā¦
So if a Fireteam member whips out his HUGE combat blade and can out parry you then thatās on you to think about why youāre going for the easy melee wins and not playing like an actual Predator. You know, with honourā¦with stealthā¦with advanced technology that can easily kill usā¦instead of using āmuh combistick parade danceā as a crutch for easy wins.
