I used to be very active on here and the game back when it first released on epic, and now that I’ve migrated over to Steam, I sadly don’t have access to my pre-order bonus stuff. I only just now returned following the new update a few weeks ago.
upon checking the home page and the support tab for PHG, I can’t find a working link to contact Illfonic support. I was hoping to do so, to see if there’s any way I can get my pre-order bonuses unlocked for my Steam account, seeing as how I paid good money for them, or if there’s any way to connect my accounts via cloud.
if any Illfonic community staff or anyone knowledgeable could link me up with someone to talk to, I’d very much appreciate it. I can provide receipts for the purchase of course, and any other ID info needed.
