Playing FT is still pretty ez if you stick together and dont chase.
It’s easy the more you get good. Actually I think the only things that are extremely easy are: missions interactions and knife fights. But as soon as you jump into a match against a good pred, damn , if you don’t have a good positioning and macro game in general you will die. If they make the proper balance changes by getting rid of Bane and change the cloack to be full invis only at 150 the game will take more skill and brain.
how has it been vs some the more elite preds since I dont play much anymore. Is it way harder to spot them closing the distance
The cloack now is unskilled, plus you cannot destroy tree brenches. You just camp in the tree with the perk for caster and spam full charge shots until they die. No skill.

I think people need to be worried more about the disc as it is faster and even easier to use
i take bane owl wolf and hp perk and won all my ft games since new patch… i only played like 5 games lasting no longer than 5 min… preds be dumb
Just played a match trying that tactic, gotta say i was uncloaked to test the theory of branches protecting, playstation buddy was popping shots with his pistol into my face, i was still taking damage, so that’s not entirely true

If you take the proper position (in Hunt mode) you can literally get tanked by the tree and you cant die. The brenches hit boxe is the same as before, so if you position yourself well. Ahhahaha grand granade master ahaha I stick with granade master is perfect for me 😂.
Making the pred cloak this good should at the very least remove the protection and the ability for its weapons to go trough leaves, branches and the likes. Now you can’t see him, he can shoot you trough shit and when you finally get to figure out where he is at, you hit a few branches before he moves to a new position and considering how you can’t see shit you can’ track him moving. Its dumb as all hell.
dude… have you ever played as pred before? Pc and arrows get blocked by the most frivolous crap all the time. Forget trying to hit someone through bushes or even through seemingly open windows…

3 games in hunt, won all 3. Then I’ve played like 7h in the new mode to try it out and many times I’ve been predator. There is a difference from some surfaces giving you issues with your weapons and trees acting like body armor.
8k of damage? How many poor pigs were killed that day?

I got almost 8K before the 4 med kits for predator change. When you play randoms and you get potatoes you can’t burst him enough to kill a berserker, thus you do damage and he runs away. Rinse and repeat.
Sounds like you need to make some friends. There’s a PHG community discord out there somewhere. I’m sure someone in this thread knows it.
