i suggest that they spawh with the current ammo/gear etc they died with

I think this is a common miss understanding. They are reinforcements (technically new soldiers) however the game just uses players who are already in the match for what can only assume be convenience. Would be cool if they could pluck folks out of the queue, but that may not work with load times and what not.
The radio needs to not spawn so close to the FT and Predator. They shouldn’t be able to call them in the middle of the fight.

They need it to be longer like 2 min or so
2 mins is a pretty big chunk of an already short match time.
They need to change reinforcements, maybe into a “only one man revive” or “revive all with half hp and no health pack/sticks”. About know it force Predator to play so fast and rush a lot because if you kill two from distance you need to jump in and force 1 vs 2 to prevent the all team revive.
