EAC works on any none ring 0 cheats, There are some anticheacts (vangard) that works in ring 0
Cheat engine works at RAM and EAC will pick it up. Not sure what level Cheat Engine works

Well welcome to former commie countryā¦ in Soviet Union era it was āfreeā, but you had to have parents with proper ideology thinking. Now it is really free, so anyone with enough skills/inteligence can get university degree for free in my country (and many other European countries). If you decide to do your PhD, then they even pay you, because part of PhD is educating other students (which is paid job).
