Before a match starts you can actually click on someones name and interact with some options.

This is great but how do you do this while in game? Viewing scoreboard there is no option to bring up the mouse to select anyone. And at the end game screen where the mouse is present. The names for who was playing are no longer selectable. Is this a bug or maybe an afterthought?

I can bring up the scoreboard. But there is no way to use the mouse to select anything from the scoreboard once it comes up.
Ah sorry dude, thought it might let you do it from there.
You can press Esc during a game and you get a player list for muting, not sure about reporting though.
OMG this is exactly it. Not sure why but you need to select the mute player to open the menu to actually mute. You can then also report if want from the same menu. Very strange way they did things.
