Does anybody have any recommendations for maximizing veritanium? A couple matches ago, playing as the predator, I got about 1500 veritanium. This previous match I only got 150. Does anybody know what factors play in getting you more veritanium (especially as the predator)?
How to maximize Veritanium
I have notice that higher level I em, more difficult to get it. Some times I will get a 1000, other times 140⦠I was trying to establish the reason (numer of AI kills, way I kill them, damge inflicted to Predator/FT) but so far I see no pattern. I thin after level 60+ its just random
Yeah I just hit 60 also. Iām about to play a match and just kill a bunch of AI and see if it gives me more.
Might just be one of the countless bugs at the moment?
In one of the loading screens, the tip states the closer you play/adhere to the Yautja Code the more reward you get.
You can farm it around the maps as a human. It comes in increments of 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, and the bricks are 500.
Yup, I saw that! The other day, taking example of P1 Jungle Hunter, Iāve stealth killed every AI on the map. Got 120 V. This morning, following Ghost, the City Hunter paths, I went absolute dog-shit on a camp full of reinforced AI and 4 FT members. Got 135 V
Last night I did not manage to catch the FT in time, just plugged a motion sensor here and there, accidentally butchered 1 Ai - got 970 vā¦
Seems legitā¦
For the fire team it can be collected and the way you complete the mission also varies the amount you get for example capturing the predator body will get you more than escaping with the predator i believe itās based on overall Xp gained play style contact with the fire team overall damage how quickly you eliminate the fire team for example youād get more for killing them before there first objective and type execution and trophies collected but thatās just a guess
š
ok
Lemme just whisper a little smth
Think about how much V you get when you open a crate and thereās a duplicate.
No really, think about it.
75V for a Blue
250V for a Pinky purple
750V for Hot Pink
2,500V for Red
5,000 for Mystic
You want V? Save it up til youāre in the 10ās of thousands. Say you save 35KV by the time youāre level 90. Start purchasing crates and keep a threshold of 10k, donāt go below it. Rinse and repeat.
Eventually your V will replenish itself with the amount of dupes you get from lockers lol
I made a thread about this somewhere back when I had 270K V
Honestly got bored opening lockers and now I have much less V bc I purchased a bunch of expensive shaders.
But maybe thisāll help satiate otherās desires
killing fireteam members one by one, using diffrent weapons and stealth around alot gives me alot of V, Going full berserk with stick, you get nothing⦠Playing like a real predator is better for V and not play like a terminator!
Welp, nvm about my post - I knew it was gonna get patched sooner or later.
General
As of 1.06:
- Reduced amount of Veritanium received when obtaining a duplicate item from opening a field locker
Correct me if Iām wrong but donāt you as a predator get V from the FT you kill and claim? For example if you claim a FT member who collected 500V you get that added to your score.
Your words more looks like reality.
Yes, if you kill and claim an FT, bounce out of the area, and hide. Keep track of where the fire team goes. Jump back down to the body and collect what they had on them. I collect V and OWLF tapes off their corpses all the time. Pulled almost 1900v off a match today doing this. Also make sure you scan all 4 FTs with thermal. Optimally you want all four fully scanned before you make your first kill. Also, I like to sit directly on top of the roof of a building full of FTs, you will see +XP just racking up, which is worthless to me now (lvl 100), but you are also gaining bonus V at the end of the match.
Just play as FT its easy as hell to get it then.
Until I kill you and take it from your bloody corpse, then you get noneā¦
Sorry but with the team i play with you might kill one then get lit up. Yeah FT best way to get it also because as predator you cant rely on randoms to always pick it up.
