how to set graphics on pc

PC i7 8700 , gtx 1080, 32 RAM,SSD
The game also looks blurry on epic or cinema…When you try a private match the game goes smoothly.
but when you try a public match the game goes not smoothly…I have to lower the graphics setting.
can anyone advise me how to set up for my pc.

Your PC should have no Issue with running the game on Max settings as i have same rig as you but with a 1070 and only 16 gb of ram and mine runs smooth with no hiccups on Cinematic setting, you may however have Motion Blur on? or Max frame rate down?
