Why is it that the Predator who is not supposed to be Prey feel like he’s the one being hunted? He’s so weak! And it’s almost impossible to wipe a squad! The game needs to have player strength for the predator turned up like times ten! Being the Predator doesn’t feel like I’m hunting prey at all. I feel like I’m trying to kill a pack of human predators who already outnumber me and out gun me! This needs to be fixed and you litterally have nothing at the beginning of the game. So idk if this will be fixed later on. But leveling up seems tedious and like I’m just always going to get rolled by the Fireteam. Really disappointed.
Humans hunt the predator not the other way around.

That is quite literally the point of the movies. While yes, Predator most certainly does need a few buffs, he isn’t supposed to be akin to Doomguy or Master Chief in this setting.
It seems like you expected to jump into the game and casually wipe out a team of 4 players who more than likely know what they’re doing. That’s not going to happen. Sure you’re a Predator, but your prey is elite, that’s the whole reason the Pred is on earth. Divide and conquer(easier said than done I know). But if you can isolate the FT u find the Pred to be pretty strong. Problem is it’s not easy to do that. Deff takes some skill, the right equipment etc.

well considering me and one other person when only 2 of us loaded into the match and we gang banged the predator yeah … he stood no chance. ended up self destructing and we both won. ive lost count how many times ive made the predator run away with help minus combi stick combo which just fucks you up … lol

I agree with both sides here.
But I feel the reason why Predators have such a hard time hunting is because the game only lasts 10 minutes and each soldier can basically tank 9 melee hits each, and you can only hit 3 times in rapid succession.
Like I get I shouldn’t be bloodlusting for too long, but I shouldn’t have to hit someone a multitude of times to down them.
I honestly feel like the matches should be longer, the predator be stronger, and have no respawns.
That would make this game a lot more balanced.

Im gonna say most of the time. Things can go south pretty quick for either side but running in second wind only to not be able to lose them and just be gang banged behind a tree feels pretty bad
Audio decoys and bear traps turn the ft on the hunt into Swiss cheese. This isn’t deer hunting. This is lion hunting. If either one gets too aggressive or cocky then they will likely be the being killed. Set up ambushes, traps, snipe them from afar. Fight smarter not harder. Or just stick to the fireteams if you just want the run and gun COD experience. Predator is for cat and mouse warfare.
