Seems like the throat, or chin section is not an easy task to keep free from holes. Last time, it was the Jungle Hunter '87 that had a hole through his chin. But it was fixed in patch 1.08. However, another hole on the throat section has been discovered on the Hunter as you can see here. Here’s also a video:
