Just speedrunning the last bit of DLC aren’t you? Exactly what happens when the servers go down and we can no longer access these? Single player content is a must and you could honestly do a “complete edition” with all the dlc and a single player to use it in. Wishful thinking I get that, but we need more than just new characters.

Are you asking for a 3rd party license key which will activate the product regardless of location?
They are not called “Global keys” they are called Activation keys and what you’re looking for are found on places like ebay. But its unlikely because nobody buys those types of activations for this game or at least Ive not seen many.
