I can't find a match

I live in Brazil I bought the game in the pre-debut, I installed it right when it left and so far I couldn’t find any game, when I click on a quick game after 3 minutes of searching I can’t cancel I have to end the game and start the process all over again , could you see that please

I can’t find matches, I spend more than 8 minutes in the waiting room, and when I finally find it, the room is empty, there is only me, almost no one enters, and if there are 1 or 2 people, please resolve this because I want to play this game too much and love it :)!
