I found a OWLF tape then i picked up veritanium (sorry spelling) and even tho i did not die, i did not get the tape. Meanwhile my fire team member who did die and then got resurrected via re-enforcement did get the tape which was to be the pred 2 tie in which was extra disappointing for me.
I found a OWLF then the worse happend...

I have collected three tapes, didn’t get a single one. Lived to extract too. Just another glitch, in an ocean of issues, it seems.
damn that is unfortunate, especially with how rare they are. i managed to actually collect 1 but the other 3 i “claimed” even tho i lived did not count even when one of my fire-team members who died and had to be re spawned got it. he wasn’t even sure but doubled checked his trophy and it was timestamped during our game
Hopefully a lot of our outcries are answered.
From what i have tested you cant carry an OWLF Tape and Veritanium Bricks at the same time they can stack, so you can have 3 x Veritanium Bricks or 2 x OWLF Tapes but never both at the same time. So when you picked up the OWLF tape and than the Veritanium Brick , if you try again you will see that your character drops the OWLF tape., or vice versa if you had a Veritanium Brick and picked up an OWLF tape your character will drop the Veritanium Brick.
Same for me. i found two today, take de two but didnt mark in my inventory
