I hope you don’t mind me asking, are you ADHD or are you just doing recreational?
So I’ve never been officially diagnosed. Never sought a diagnosis. My wife, who has ADHD badly and is a primary care doctor, has been telling me since we met I have bad ADHD. Like I walk around the house starting projects and get distracted by another project. Just bounce around. Work is the same. So she is probably right. I’ve always just kind of dealt with it.
On Adderall today I feel like Superman. I’m just barreling through work but also have tons of energy like I just want to do pushups

It’s worth it if you are diagnosed as a neurodivergent, it’s changed a lot of people I know his life and as a neuro Divergent myself ,knowing the why of my weirdness has been a strength
