I ordered a RTX 2080 Super for 1080p 60
Iām not entirely sure what this post was supposed to achieve, it started as a āI spent fuckloads on my rig and the game wont play at what my rig can doā, and ended in a mutual masturbation session for guys with half descent rigsā¦
The game is designed for consoles that can not achieve anywhere near modern high end pc specsā¦ (I have one and no Iām not going to list the stats because I donāt want any one jerking of over my post or trying to finger my arsehole for luck).
Gen 5 PS will make pcās look like piss for the first 2 years (graphic and fps wise, unless you want to invest a house deposit into your pc and even then you better know what youāre building), it was the same when PS4 first came outā¦
two years later the cards that the console runs on and were custom designed by nvidia will no longer be held under contract agreement (like the 20 series).
Then pc will again jump infront.

No, nvidias next gen cards will be out around the same time and even a mid range card will probably double the performance of it (in terms of teraflops) (eg 3060 = 2080 level performance) - and PCIe NVMEs already beat the SSD performance of PS5 (although cost a few grand) if you were going the ābut ps5 ssd is better than pcā route.
Next gen console only looks half decent compared to current gen PC. so next gen will easily wipe the floor with console again. UE5 tech demo on PS5 runs better on a 2070 super powered PC, according to the EPIC, more like 40fps instead of 30 in the tech demo.
The next gen ampere will be out around the same time as PS5/XBSX.
sure you can drop 4 1080 ti extremes in sli into your system,
but one 2080 will still give you better performanceā¦
the gfx cards in the ps5 have been co built by nvidia and sony under a 2 year licenseā¦ same way the 20 series startedā¦
wait 2 years after release, then invest your money

Once the license on the 20 series ended for sony, nvidia released it to the public.
overnight one card replaced 4 of the previously highest spec cards on the market
custom made RDNA2 for ps5 and XBOX made by AMD,
putting out about 10/12 tf
even a curent 2080 super will do 12tfā¦ a 2080ti even more, even more from a titan.
And ampere will improve that by about 40% atleast
