i pre ordered the game on pc

i pre ordered the digital deluxe edition 2 days ago for pc, and everything i should get is locked for me.
( 87 predator skin , ole painless skin for minigun, and the epic games exclusive skins, battlehardned skin )
basically everything that should be unlocked is locked idk why that’s weird… is that a bug? am i the only one with this problem? or some players have the same problem?

pre ordered simple edition and everything works fine for me (skins and weapons are available), but in general game is a mess,hope they will fix it :D
