It used to happen to me in 1.05, not since then, guess it is still a problem.

That use to happen to me as well for my FT soldier too in version 1.05. This might be a dumb question but did you update the game. I know some players have the option to automatically update games turned off on their PS4.

bome XD,

although I think its connected to a certain combination of warpaint and mask or an outfit combination on FT member, I managed to remove it by changing my default loadout outfit a bit.
